AMNESTY FOR KAELCO ELECTRIC BILL SURCHARGES

Kalinga-Apayao Electric Cooperative, Inc. understand the challenges our Member-Consumers face in meeting their financial obligations. In an effort to support our valued consumers, we are pleased to offer an amnesty program to waive surcharges on outstanding electric bills thru KAELCO Board Resolution No. 010-066 Series of 2023.

This amnesty initiative allows Member-Consumers with overdue balances to settle their unpaid bills in full, while the accumulated surcharges will be entirely waived. This opportunity aims to provide a clean slate for our consumers, promoting a renewed and positive relationship between KAELCO and our community.

To take advantage of this amnesty program, simply ensure the complete payment of outstanding bills within November 14, 2023 to December 13, 2023. Upon full settlement, all associated surcharges will be waived, providing a fresh start and ensuring continued access to reliable electric services.
